CoRE Lab

Zohal is a first year doctoral student in the Learning Sciences and Human Development program at Berkeley. She is a fervent believer in the inclusion of learner, practitioner, and community voice in research design and development. Through a collaborative approach, she aspires to understand how youth develop critical data and digital literacies through social and civic online engagement. Most recently, Zohal was listed as a member of the 30 under 30 cohort for 2023 in learning leadership by the Learning Guild. Zohal supports research work at Digital Promise and previously supported research efforts at the Learning, Innovation, and Technology Lab and the Harvard & Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. She received an M.Ed. in Technology, Innovation, and Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2021.
